Anang Shelat is a computational chemist with expertise in cheminformatics, data pipelining and modeling, and statistical learning and exploratory analysis. As director of the Cheminformatics Core Facility, Anang, along with his group, builds and maintains the chemocentric informatics infrastructure at St. Jude.  His group ensures that all relevant biological and chemical data are captured, indexed, and made available in a useful manner.  Most of his current research activities are inspired by questions that emerge during the aggregation and analysis of these data.
