Oak Ridge National Laboratory

Hello and welcome! My name is Jonathan Rann and I have been fotunate enough to be involved in the Research Alliance in Mathematics and Science (RAMS) summer internship program at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL), located in Oak Ridge, TN.

Currently, I am entering my senior year at Winston-Salem State University, located in the great state of North Carolina. I plan to graduate in the May of 2008 with a Bachelors of Science degree in both Computer Science and Mathematics. I was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina, where I attended Zebulon B. Vance High School. I am a spring 2005 initiate into the Beta Iota Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated and I am also Vice President of the WSSU chapter of the Assocation of Computing Machinery (ACM). Once I recieve my undergraduate degrees, I plan to pursue graduate education, and hopefully earn a Ph.D.
